Hi all, I am starting this tomorrow. I’ve read books, got a few recipe books and planned my next week’s menus but like many people live my life on apps etc. so would like recommendations for best app to track my intake etc. as there are a few. Recommendations please? Thanks in advance. Lisa

Hi lisa1820 and welcome aboard – I use My Fitness Pal and I think quite a few others do too. It works for me – you can track your exercise in it as well if you want to. Good luck!
