Well as the title says I’m back again.. I manage to drop 2 stone on this diet in a very short time last time I did it.. but now being in a new relationship and throwing down the pints being single.. the weight has flew back on! And them size 10 shorts don’t go past my ankle never mind my knees!.. but I have totally forgot what to do.. being a student I can’t afford a expense diet! If I just eat salad (the normal stuff) and use light mayo on my fast days will that be ok! And on my normal days can I go back too my normal food that was like slag Bol chicken nuggets etc

@hannahbellaaa207 I find water fasting very cheap and easy to do. Then on the non-fast days I avoid processed foods. It sounds like you are eating a lot of fast foods. I find for myself the more I avoid processed foods the better I feel.
