Hi I’m knew to all this. Female 68 ..As I’ve just had a kidney removed I’m keen to get on track with a really healthy diet. It’s only 11 days so of course I need six weeks time to rest. Any diet info would be very welcome. I’ve done the 5-2 before whilst we were living in France . I don’t really need to lose much weight think I’m well under 10 st. Maybe less now as my appetite isn’t back to normal yet but I need to eat a very healthy diet.
