Good morning. Have been doing this for weeks. All good for the first 3 and half and lost a stone going from 18 to 19. Haven’t done anything diffeent this weeek but have jumped up 3 pounds. Is this normal?

Well, if you are female, it could be hormonal. If you ate really salty food lately, you could have water retention. If you haven’t had a bowel movement lately ….. I’m sure you get the drift. Weight fluctuation, even though annoying, is normal. It’s the overall downward trend that matters.
Also, as we loose weight, our TDEE also decreases. We need to be constantly adjusting what is our “normal” eating to be less as we become less.
