2nd week weigh in, so happy

  • Hi all, second week done and lost 3lbs can’t quite believe it, only 9.5 to go to target. Am sticking to about 1650cals on non fast days as not doing any exercise as yet, but can’t quite believe what I can eat and still lose the weight, wish I had tried this years ago. Exercise will start in March as I need to tone up, but the plus side I can then eat a little more, although I’m certainly not depriving myself of anything now. This is definitely the WOL I can sustain. Happy days:-)
