  • planning to start 5:2 to lose 10 kgs min and a maximum of 15 to reach my pre-pregnancy weight.. so with this 10week challenge which starts today.. its imp bCoz for me as I will be travelling to zurich in June end to meet my husband and I want to look fit with my baby son… I ve lost 7 kgs in last two months with some canes in food and walkin/excersize. do yu think it’s feasible goal? p.s: my son is 7 month old and breastfeeding. I haven’t weighed myself.but wills eight today and updated it here. fx.

    I wish you all the best of luck with your goals. I totally understand the need to get the baby weight off…it’s one of the reasons I’m here. I’d be a little concerned that you’re still breastfeeding. Maybe do some research on Intermittent Fasting for breastfeeding moms to see if the effects will be harmful…
