hi, i just joined.i am a complete stranger to exercise.i would like this to change but i am overweight & self conscious.i am in my 40s. i live in richmond upon thames & would love to buddy up with someone, poss just to walk to start with. please get in touch if thats of interest

Because i would be interested. i do a bit of exercise at home (exercise dvd and exercise bike) and i enjoy walking, but i know i could do more! I live in Caterham in surrey.

I’m in my 40s and live in Richmond. I try to go for a walk every day. Particularly now the weather’s nicer. Happy for you to join me.
