  • FB – what a great compliment!! It’s a very parent thing to do isn’t it, worry that compliments jinx our goodluck or determination? You were beautiful before too, but it must really make your parents and OH happy to see you so healthy and glowing now πŸ™‚
Fit: I wish I was 5’7 too LOL, would make my goal weight a bit closer than now (at 5’4) πŸ˜‰
I have done two days of HIT last week – wanted to do it today but chickened out – went for a walk instead… Going off to try body balance ( kind of mix of yoga, Pilates and tai chi gym class) tomorrow. Not very flexible, so will provide a few free laughs to others behind me, I am sure πŸ™‚
DiiP- I hope you are enjoying your new (exxy!!) hair! Make the most of it πŸ˜‰
Milena: 48 hour fast is two back-to-back 500 calorie days is it? It is hardcore, but yes, doable. All the best!! Keep a plan for breaking the fast on day 3, the stomach does get sensitive after two days of light work… I quote, unfortunately, from bad experience… Breaking it with small amount of almonds eaten slowly worked for me, but any bread or oats got an upset tummy. Not doing any b-2-b any longer though…
Lacie, Raven, GG, CG and others I have missed – a huge hello wave and goodnight…
Another fast day done dusted here πŸ™‚

Page 101 and to 5001th post now πŸ™‚

WOW! Look at us powering through the pages and posts! We sure are kicking a**! Lotus, I thank heaven for my height every day, thanks to my fab dad who was over 6’4″!! It gives me a TDEE of 1500 cals, so that is very doable. I just have to tell myself that it’s not compulsory to get as close as possible every day lol πŸ˜‰
Weather decidedly iffy here today after lots of torrential rain over the weekend. So instead of a walk, I’m going to get stuck into all the housework I missed out on over my few days away last week. It will also take my mind off food as it’s my FD today; not to mention that I’m saying goodbye to my two nieces, partners and kiddies today as well….feeling quite teary, so best to keep busy πŸ™

Oh dear Fit!! Goodbyes are sad times… Keeping busy is the best strategy!! Hugs to you

Fit, tis a sad day for you but try to think of the precious memories you made πŸ™‚ they are lovely to think about in quiet moments…xxxxx

Hi all, I was getting messages from my kids in Oz wishing me a happy anniversary last night, although it wasn’t yet the 4th here.
I realised that my husband and I are fasting on our 31st anniversary!

It is a boring Monday though and we have to travel for the next 5 days and will be eating out lots starting tomorrow and socialising even though all the travel is work for my husband. I am only going to be able to fast one day this week.

I guess the celebrations will just have to be delayed.

    Welcome RE.

Hey Up! Happy anniversary….celebrate in your own time. You know you can do this, you’ve proven it already; so go with what you feel suits you best and enjoy all the experiences that come your way on this great adventure! πŸ™‚

    Happy Anniversary Uptight!

    Good Morning ADs
Happy Anniversary Uptight! Enjoy the time and celebrations!
Fit, i know what you mean about being sad. Goodbyes are always painful. Hang in there, we are here for you.
CG and Lotus, thanks for your kind words. You both are right, my son needs to know everyday that he means the world to me. And don’t worry, he is spolt with compliments. He stands in front of mirror everyday n asks for my approval and I have to say “Oh you are so handsome”, If I don’t say it, he makes sure that I still do…. Lol, he is a cheeky little boy.

GG, hope you are feeling better!

Welcome RE, what a star you are to have realised that you need to take this step for a healthier fitter you, so congrats on making the decision!!!! As everybody mentioned, don’t get into the trap of comparing your loss with others. You are very near to your goal weight, so you loss may not be (or may be) as fast as others.

I fasted yesterday, finished at 530 cals, weight today was 1 kilo more….. What the ****k? How did that happen after a fast day. Well, i did all things right, so should not be stressed.
I have a work dinner to attend tomorrow, so fasting again today…
Anyone else fasting with me today??

    FB

Thank you all for the kind words; I do have lots of great memories and photos to treasure and cherish until I see my lovely nieces and loved ones again, so I will be ok. Just coming to the end of my FD, 507 cals, which was good for me. Hoping my weigh in on Wed will show I repaired some of the damage from last week.
FB – your little boy doesn’t sound cheeky at all; just sounds like he knows how special he is and how much he is loved and that’s all down to you. Don’t worry about the strange reading from your scales; I’m sure it’s just a temporary blip, you’re doing all the right things.

Good morning team, happy anniversary Upt, what a good innings, especially these days πŸ˜‰
FB that little bit extra you show on the scales are just the extra fluids you had with your fast, “it too shall pass” πŸ™‚ xx
Wet wintery day here and pretty cool so glad of all my outside work with mowing and spraying. Remember we must endure the rain to get the rainbow, so learn to dance in the rain, the best is yet to come πŸ™‚
Keep your foods healthy team, the shift in weather will bring bouts of colds and flu’s, as with poor GG so warm drinks stay warm and dress for the weather. You CAN afford a few indulgences for a couple of days so if you want toast with your soup…have it πŸ™‚
Have that baked spud with dinner or those couple of wines with dinner. Our 5:2 lets you LIVE normally for 5 days out of 7 and if you watch your portion control and the choices you make, you’re already a winner.
I I remembered something I saw the other day too, especially for the doubting Thomas’s of this world who give us negative attitudes regarding our 5:2…… ” some people are like clouds, once they go away, it’s a beautiful day” πŸ™‚
Happy day team, this is your life, so live it as YOU choose πŸ™‚ …CG xxxxxxx

” some people are like clouds, once they go away, it’s a beautiful day”
Ha Ha CG, so true that!
another saying similar to this –
“Some people make a party by just leaving the room” πŸ™‚

    1. Hello everyone, thank you for the kind words of welcome.
    2. I have made this committment. Here I go!
    3. Fast day today and tracking with My Fitness Pal (great recommendation). I am so grateful for the technology that brings us such a resource as this site does. Makes it so easy to see progress.
    4. Keeping busy this morning as I know I can get through to lunchtime with just fruit for breakfast.
    5. My distraction is my husband wanting to go out for coffee (and cake), so today I am saying ‘no’. Maybe tomorrow I will say ‘yes’ – for sure!
    6. Today I am committed to fasting.
    7. Thank you xx

Good girl RE! Keep it up. It will be lunchtime before you know it πŸ™‚ If you have not had the fruit yet, maybe replace with a savoury item (HB Egg, Celery and hummus etc) – fruit or any sweet stuff MAY make you hungry sooner (wakes the hunger “beast” LOL). But, every person is different, and many do fine with fruit πŸ™‚

Lotus, regarding fruit, as most of you know, I eat a lot of fruit (usually off my own trees) but yesterday, very busy, fast going well, but came in for visit to little room whilst spraying paddocks, I passed the fruit bowl, and the banas wer just perfect for eating, past the green stage, brilliant yellow, so…yes…yummo! It was 90cal on MFP and put me upto 566 for the day…..buy gee I enjoyed it and the gap it filled kept me going for so much longer before lunch….ho hum xxxxxxx

    Good morning everyone!

CG, love your ending line, so true! I cannot be bothered telling people anymore, they just look at me.

GG, hope you are feeling better.
    Up, Happy Anniversary! Enjoy!

Lotus, I am thinking about Pilates, let me know how you go!!

FIT – I am the same every time I have to leave my nephews after a visit home. This week I will be so busy won’t see them much and the oldest one (9) said last night on the phone, I have an idea, why don’t you stay longer. God bless them. If only I did not have to work.

FB – Your parents must be so proud.

For some reason I was starving all day yesterday, I persevered though until after my mushroom omelette for dinner. Had 4 small pieces of licorce. Oh well, I weighed myself and still 500 grams less from yesterday, so that is good.

As you all say, this WOL is very forgiving.

Welcome RE – you are with the best of the best to help you on your way.

    Happy Tuesday-
Today, I eat! Yay. And I exercise. It’s not raining, AND I can see the sun. I’m off to walk around the Bay. I’ll use that 7km to do a bit of naval gazing. No self-flagellating! And I will take a page from Lotus’s book and stop stressing which I don’t think is helpful when trying to lose weight…lots of weight, like I have to lose.
Howdy Fatbuster-I can imagine how good you felt at Dad’s compliment. I didn’t get those. I’m so pleased for you!
CG, you manage to make non-city life sound attractive. For me to say that is, well-I’m a city girl through and through. Oh, and I am a former smoker. I quit a whole bunch of times before it finally took. You will do it, eventually. Keep trying.
Fittoretire, I’ve got MFP and while it does all right in counting calories, I get frustrated that when I add my exercise, it adjusts itself and tells me to eat more. grrr Do you find that frustrating or is it just me being whiny?
RuthElizabeth, welcome! I’m relatively new here, myself. But, I’m so encouraged by all of the determination, and support I see here. It’s even got me confessing to things that are extremely hard to share. Already it’s made a difference in my day to day life. So, jump in, and don’t be shy.
So, I’ve gotta dash. There’s sunshine to soak up at long last.
If you are fasting today stay strong. Tomorrow is just a day away. If not fasting, then stay strong anyway-moderation in all things-but enjoy and savor every mouthful.
    ta ta for now

PS If I missed anyone, I’m sorry. You are all wonderful!

But, but, but…it was better than having a cigarette πŸ™‚ xxxxx

Lacie, I agree with you on MFP. I have deleted the APP 3 times and keep bringing it back. I thought it was only me. It told me with the calories I am eating and exercise it will take me 5 weeks to get to 78.8kg. WT!!
Well, I have deleted agin. MAybe I am doing something wrong. It is easier to work it out myself.

Hope you can figure it out or can someone please advise……

    Hello all,

I wish I had more time to respond individually to all the interesting posts. I am into my 5th week and very happy with my progress thus far. Still tweaking this and that. I am on a FD today and having no ral issues. Noticed a lot hungry before doing HIT exercise then that went away. I would recommend checkin out HIT for those who are looking for ways to incorporate exercise in a way that is doable or want to shake things up a bit. I find it really helps with hunger pangs. It is not almost 5pm and have had about 50 cals so far.

Had small snack using kelp noodles, boo choy, shitake mushroom with some beef broth and a little fish sauce. I also use a Thai hot sauce, but it would be good without. The kelp fills you up, the broth has a nice flavor and the noodles are high in especially calcium. Also had a little coffee with small amount of coconut oil. Green tea. Kept busy, didn’t rally notice hunger pangs until now that I am writing about it, but will eat in about an hour so all is well.

As my body reorganizes itself it is still reacting to alcohol which is a bummer. Didn’t have much this past Friday but didn’t feel well the next day. So, I am taking alcohol out of it for a time. I had cut down to one day a week but will not drink at all For the next couple of weeks. Sniff! Given that I have given up a lot of foods it feels unfair but will meet with a naturopath soon and see what is up.

I wish you all a great day. Looks like it is morning for you all in AUSSIE land. Greetings to all the new folks and thanks again to all the old timers who make this such a valuable resource. Enjoy your Tuesday! Cheers!

Sorry team, other posts came in whilst I was posting, trying to say my banana which put me over a tad was better than the cigarette I would have normally had. You girls are doing so well, your mind set is perfect. It doesn’t matter if you just started or have been doing 5:2 for ages, the “novilty ” never wears off, it IS our way of life AND eating πŸ™‚ …happy day team, keep the faith and remain positive πŸ™‚ xxxxxx

Yes, a banana is definitely way better than a cigarette! Good for you CG :), it will take a lot of Aussie Determination to kick the habit, and we know you’ve got heaps of that stuff in you πŸ™‚

DiiP – will report back on the class (and thanks for asking me for it, now I have no excuse not to go!)

DiiP, Lacie, I use another calorie counter app called “Noom Coach”. It allows me to skip meals (its got an option for “skipped breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) and does not scold if the daily total is less than 500 cals. Also has exercises and articles that we need to read and tick off. Some of the reading material or their method of dieting (volumetrics) I don’t agree with, but at least it does not back chat at me! πŸ™‚

Raven, you are wise to exclude alcohol for the time being me thinks πŸ™‚

Just checking in before I go to bed.
RE – keeping busy is a good strategy. I often get lots of housework done on fast days!! And yes, you an go out for coffee and cake tomorrow, just count it into your TDEE and away you go!
CG – great minds think alike…I was almost finished my FD when I just couldn’t resist a little mandarin orange….put me a bit more over my 500 but who cares? Much more importantly, anything that keeps you away from smoking has to be good; so well done you.
lacie – I know what you mean about MFP, but I just ignore it; it’s only an app – we’re smarter! πŸ™‚
For anyone struggling, just remember “Even if you fall flat on your face, you’re still moving forward”. πŸ™‚ xxxx

    Hi, thanks for anniversary wishes!

I think for people like Do it in Paradise and others who get annoyed with MFP, the trick is to make it work for you.Don’t feel that you have to fill in every box. It doesn’t allow for 5/2 and is irritating!

These days I only check in once a week to add my weekly weigh in and gloat over my reports and ticker. Sometimes I will look up particular foods for calorie counting. I used to put in all my foods, then just fast days and now nothing at all. Nor do I put in exercise. I like to have the account though and just pick out the bits that suit me. Hope this helps.

Fit, just loved the saying, still laughing. I’m gonna try that new app. MFP has run its course I think. Mind you, I use it only for cal counting, not their predictions etc. it’s useful but has its place, thanks Lotus for sharing, we get in a rut with the same things forgetting that new and exciting things are being invented daily, we just need to look πŸ™‚
Weight still the same today as Friday so week end st..f up all gone thanks to one fast πŸ™‚ meaning my next fast should shift some more fat? One hopes anyway…happy day team xxxxxxxx

FB you must feel like you’re walking on air to get a rare compliment from your Dad. How lovely.
Lotus have to agree with you re Fit’s height. I’m 5’3” these days but then my Mum never made it to 5’ever. And Fit you’re right re the calories you’re allowed. I’m watching my number shrink (and me!) and wonder what TDEE it’s going to give me at my goal weight. Not bloomin’ much I suspect! Fit let those wonderful memories & photos bring you moments of joy even though family has left.
UT don’t worry about some delay….you’ve worked hard & stuck to your goals & program so well through so many obstacles. You will get straight back on the 5:2 horse and be off and racing again. Happy Anniversary too Up. Congrats on 31 years.
CG I posted on FB (have to clarify on this forum…that’s Facebook!) re my 10kg loss along with a blurb from Michael & a good friend who’s struggled with her weight for years is going to give it a go. So there are some non-doubters out there. She said that the first friend who lost weight with it she ignored, thinking it was just another fad diet that would let her down. But not any more.
RE welcome to our little group. In the beginning I didn’t ever go out for coffee & cake with my OH but now I find that if he does ask on a FD I can go and be quite content with just a long black coffee for 2 cals. Much rather have a cappuccino or a chai but I save those for NFD’s.
DiiP well done for sticking it out even though you were starving – we all have a day like that occasionally. And hey Pilates is great though what I do is maybe slightly different. It’s called Reformer Pilates & we have flatbeds/reformer machines that we use. It’s helped me so much – strength, flexibility, balance, and…….stronger pelvic floor muscles YEAH!!
Lacie yes noo stressing, just coast along with a bit of a zig and a zag and you’ll get there, all in good time! I never add exercise to MFP as we’re not recommended to add extra cals for exercise, well not if you really want to lose that weight. And I don’t click the report button ever esp on FD’s cos it spits the dummy, but even on FD’s it’s not accurate in its prediction. I’m losing far quicker than they suggest. I just track my food & then ignore everything else.
Raven don’t cut out too may foods as you’ll feel deprived. Keep them for your NFD’s & just have smaller portions. Hope the naturopath can sort out the wine issue. Most of us hang out for our drinks around the weekend. Enjoy those treats in moderation.
Fit I soo had to laugh out loud at your last comment!!
Sticking to 5:2 and toughing things out. suejen XX

CG – if the Noom Coach app asks to join the “Pro” version, don’t sign up. the Pro version is no use, its just access to their forum, which I have not got even after four months of joining! I signed up by mistake. The regular version is good enough πŸ™‚

SJ – one thread I read that we need to calculate the TDEE as per our goal weight and try to stick to it on non-FDs, that way we are preparing for maintenance and weight re-gain, also, a bit more weight loss while getting there. Mine worked to about 1450 cals, as opposed to 1660 at current weight. You can just change stats on the tracker (make a new entry) with the goal weight amount, and it tells you the TDEE πŸ™‚

Had a banana bread and coffee just now – feeling a bit bloated and sick after it. Must be all that guilt – sure weighs a ton πŸ™‚

Hi Lotus, I did, jumped in feet first, now trying to cancel and get my money back. Not fussed about it, none of my food on it, just can’t “drive” it….not your fault, I’ll fiddle with it but can’t get a reply from them…I’ll just wait πŸ™‚ no probs as I’m open to all suggestions and thank you for yours. Have a lovely day xxxx

    On no πŸ™

No worries Lotus, talking to Itunes (apple) now and they will cancel it πŸ™‚ they are wonderful and the lass I’m talking to is very sweet….I’m on hold with her….so no damage done πŸ™‚ ….take care xxxx

    Greetings to all,
Just heading off to bed and ending a FD. This was the easiest by far, and if they were all like this then I know it would be no problem. But, life experience tells me that there will be tough days. Have not experienced a plateau yet, but have in the past with a couple of other attempts so I will try to be philosophical when it comes.

As I was reading some of the posts the image of a hummingbird came to mind. They are extraordinary little creatures. Their wings actually carve out the air in figure eights and what other bird do you knew that can hang, absolutely still, while in mid air?

Take heart, know that even though it may feel at times that you are stuck, making no movement at all, if you stick with this, then you are in ‘flight’

    Warm smiles, Raven

    Beautiful analogy Raven!

And hope it works for you CG!

Team, have to report a “fail buy” today – went to buy stockings today at lunchtime, my current ones developed an unsightly ladder. Bought a Berlei “Control Top” stocking (at an expensive $19 per pair!) and it is the most ghastly stocking on earth! I have never had a garment that created a muffin back, this one does. In spite of being a size larger than what they have recommended. So my search for decent stockings that don’t feel/look like sausage wrappings continues πŸ™‚
For the moment, I am just to stick to normal stockings and not worry about control issues πŸ™‚

Greetings from the land of panadol, vicks, difflam lozengers, and lemon and honey drinks, vegemite soldiers and what ever else I am eating to stop the sore throat at the moment. I am well and truely in the throws of the flu. Just love my doona and Oscar at the moment (the dog ) who will not leave my side and is adding to my warmth . Bless his little paws! and my ever caring OH who is dealing with the flu as welll But is looking after me.
Welcome to the new team members!
FB – such a lovely compliment from your Dad….. a long time coming AND you deserve so many more.
Team thasnk you for all all your lovely posts it has given me some great and entertaining reading. Sorry I cannot reply to you indvidually BUT,YOU ARE ALL AWESOME!!!! keep up your good work and your strong AUSSIE DETERMINATION.
Will catch you all later…….GO GALxxxxxx

How lovely Raven, and all’s good Lotus, they cancelled it and are refunding it….still don’t know how to use it, couldn’t get it past asking me to join pro…and pay…so back to MFP, I trust that one and it’s help me thus far πŸ™‚ …golly winter is here, pork chop and veg tonight…and gravy mmmmm CG xxx

    Good to hear CG πŸ™‚
And hope you feel better soon GG!

    Hi All!
I really, really love checking in here every morning, it’s often the highlight of my day (does that make me sound sad?!) The mix of thoughts, feelings, humour and wisdom is just the tonic when I’m looking out at yet another grey, rainy day (Irish summer πŸ˜‰ ).
Doit – I’m so glad you have such a lovely relationship with your nephews; I think it’s great for children to have a strong connection with extended family. I know my two girls love their aunts and uncles, who can get away with murder, asking them about boyfriends etc – things their mum and dad would never get away with !!!
Gotta run to collect my sis from hospital appointment – will post properly later xxx

GG, I highly recommend brandy, my tonic at the hint of a sore throat. Seems to work for me. But sometimes the bugs are too strong – keep rested and warm, love the image of Oscar supporting you when you are low.

Keep up the good work, you great ADs.

    Hi Barata
So a stronger flu = larger brandy. πŸ™‚

Thanks BARATA…. My head is groggy as is …. just a bit ginger to try any of the tonic … but can only agree Brandy is best for all medicinal purposes AND YES LOTUS you darling flower, again could not agree more with you STRONGER FLU= LARGER BRANDY LOL and coughing !!!Thank you both for the humour…… xxxxxxGO GAL

LOL GoGal! Hope you are able to sleep it off and feel better tomorrow

Like your way of thinking Lotus…. πŸ™‚ xxx

    Good morning from Portland Oregon,

Sorry to hear that winter has come along with the sniffles. Wanted to share something that I have used for thirty years. I dated an acupuncture student years ago in San Fran and while it didn’t last my love of Yin Chao did. It is an herb blend from China. I found a link to it in Amazon and while you will pay more than twice the price on-line it is a useful little intervention. It is recommended to use it while stil iny he first 24 hours. There are western blends which will cost more as well, but are easi to take.
I have had great success with it. Sometimes it knocks the illness out before it starts. If I do get sick then it will not be as intense or lady as long. Just thought I would share. I give boxes of this out to my rainy every year. Of course, I visit san franciscso often and go into China Town to get it. ( much cheaper). GG HOPE YOU FEEL BETTER SOON.
    Off to work.

GG – One of my daughters makes a concoction of hot water, lime juice, honey and cinnamon, which seems to cure all ills. If that fails, I recommend an Irish coffee; that should do the trick! Hope you feeling better soon. Xx
Lotus – lol about the stockings, sorry can’t offer any advice, I’m mostly a jeans girl myself πŸ™‚
Pessimists look at the wind and complain about the direction, optimists believe the direction will change soon, realists adjust their sails! Happy sailing, gang! πŸ™‚

    Hi all,
Last night I had written a nice, long, upbeat post and POOF away it went to ??? Today I’m feeling less upbeat. I guess it’s just one of those days when I feel beaten down by all the little annoyances of day to day life-You know? So here I am. Contributing. Connecting. Keeping the faith.
To everyone who has been successful with fasting this week-good on ya! If you’ve been sick, I feel for you. I had a flu-y thing last week that derailed me a tad. I hope you’re feeling better soon.
I’m going to look for a different calorie counter, so thanks for the suggestion Lotus. Much appreciated.
Suejen, I do really need to try as you say, ‘nooo stressing’. You are so right about that. Been overstressing the past couple days.
I’m not physically sick this week-but, is it too early for a brandy to cure other ailments? My hubby the sailor would say “The sun is over the yardarm somewhere” LOL I can see sunshine. I think a better idea is a walk around the bay. Time to adjust the sails, I reckon.
    Thanks for listening
    ta ta for now

Good morning team, on this cold windy wintery day. I’m meeting a friend for lunch today an not at all looking forward to going out in this weather. Don’t mind cold weather, you can always dress snuggly for it..but the B….. Wind grrrrr!
If your fasting today, remember to nurture yourself, hot drinks and stay warm. This weather requires extra neutrition to help fight the bugs πŸ˜‰ and help the ammune system
I’ll be ordering as a free day today but as per usuall, watching portions, but eating with my eyes, and the fact someone else made it….I’ll enjoy πŸ™‚ I often think even if someone makes you an egg on toast, it tastes better …..
Have a lovely day, if fasting good luck, if not be healthy and remember…Being positive and happy all the time my not solve all problems, but it will be enough to annoy others to make it worth while πŸ™‚ Happy Day xxxxxx

Hi lacie – sorry to hear you have not been in the best of form but so glad you are checking in and keeping the faith. It’s not easy when life seems to conspire against you and all the little nuisances start to mount up and get you down. But there’s one thing you can keep control of and that’s 5:2; seeing/feeling the benefits of this wol will help to boost your mood and confidence. You can do this!
GG – hope you and your OH are starting to feel better.
CG – can certainly sympathize with you about the weather; it’s been horribly rainy and windy here all weekend and very hard to motivate oneself to get out and about. Enjoy the lunch with your friend.
Gypsy – if you’re able to check in at all, we miss you and wish you the very best on your travels xx

Just reading back over a few posts, the “flavour” over the last week seems to be misery. It’s very hard when the “blues” hit you, be it from outside influences or internal and often for no reason. Being positive is difficult when the mind leads you in another direction. I know it’s not always easy to analysie the cause but if you can, challenge it! Look at it from all directions πŸ™‚ Is there anyway to see the situation differently, it’s a long road without a bend, things will get better for sure. Count your blessings and know you ARE loved πŸ™‚ It’s very human to get the downs, because it gives you a guage to know when your feeling happy πŸ™‚ Weather is another factor, winter blues is a real issue but if stuck inside, try to reflect on happy times, phone a friend, especially someone you haven’t spoken to for some time. Meet up for lunch, change your routine, buy yourself something new, even a little trinket! Get a new hair style πŸ™‚ get stuck into a thick who dunnit! ….life is so precious and gives us many varieties of moods, but there is beauty out there, you just need to look for it πŸ™‚ I do hope your days improve, I’m sure they will, rent a comedy movie, a feel good movie, one you haven’t seen….there are so many options to lift you up but you have to take the first step πŸ™‚ I hope this helps you, take care and know YOU ARE NOT ALONE, as so many people are, we are here for each other….CG xxxxx
